From 1 August 2018, the EDM Helpdesk can be reached by telephone on (+43 1) 31 304 / 8000 at the following times.

1 January to 30 April:

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 hrs.

Friday 08:00 - 14:00

 

1 May to 31 December:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00 hrs.
